Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Digital items (including digital downloads and online services) are non-returnable.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States are non-returnable due to high delivery costs and international shipping complexities.
  • Custom orders are subject to a $15 processing fee for returns.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate your return request.
  • Package your item securely with all original packaging materials.
  • Ship the item back to our designated return address.
  • Include your order number and return reason with the shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not sent with tracking.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5–7 business days.
  • For custom order returns, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with both the return and the new item.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Digital items cannot be cancelled once the download or access has been provided.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products and downloads.
  • International orders.
  • Used or damaged items.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (subject to processing fee if return is approved).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
